“ I opened this fine dining establishment in October 2000 with a simple, strong concept. I wanted my independently owned and operated Steakhouse to specialize in Prime Steak and Fresh Seafood and to be known for an impressive, award-winning wine list as well as elegantly restrained service.”
Z’s steaks are selected from Prime midwestern aged beef, hand cut and cooked to order. Our seafood is purchased directly from “Day boat fishermen”, prepared simply and cooked to perfection. Oyster lovers can select the best oysters available, from either the North West, or East Coasts.
Our wine list features over 350 selections and is honored by “Wine Spectator” for having one of the most outstanding restaurant wine lists in the world.
